Flowers for appetite

Many fine dining restaurants use flowers to enhance the textures and flavours of food they offer. Flower petals can be added to salads, soups, dishes or can be used for garnishing. Chrysanthemum: Use only petals of this flowers, they come in vast colours to add texture to dishes.
Carnations: trim the petals from the base, and you will get a sweet and pungent taste.

Basil Leaves: They have the same flavour as the herb.
